Shipping Policy
Our supplies are typically on hand however, there can be situations where mass orders can wipe out our supplies so we would have to source fresh material as orders come in.
All orders are processed within 3 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. It takes an average of 3-8 business days to ship your order. Countries may vary. You will receive another notification when your order has been made and shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In-store pickup
We do not accept pick-up.
International Shipping
We offer shipping to anywhere outside of New Zealand. Only some products are not available for certain countries e.g Event Signs etc
Disclaimer : Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Kustomizer is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Customs fees may apply based on local regulations. The fee may vary depending on the order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. When you receive your confirmation email, this will start the production process.
If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation email beyond 8 working days, please contact us at info@thekustomizer.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. We ask that you provide accurate physical address to avoid any delays with your order. If you have any questions, please contact us on : info@thekustomizer.co.nz
